Professional Biography My Doctorate Degree in Public Administration focuses on planning, public sector management, consensus building, and group facilitation. My graduate degree in Urban Affairs includes an Urban Planning and program development emphasis. Postdoctoral studies and experiences have increased my interest and abilities in the leadership roles of facilitation, research and investigation, and factfinding. Major strengths and experiences are in community planning, design and implementation of group collaborative, contract compliance, research, focus group leadership, and moving the public sector governing process. Over the past 15 years, I have concentrated my services in performance areas such as community economic development project manager and facilitator and community liaison for public and private sector quality of life issues. The value of my skills and ability has led to successful client outcomes such as stablizing a spirit of inclusiveness into the problem-soving and input process that leads to minimum negative media and strengthens community stakeholder relationships, working intimately with communities to sort out and address issues, obstacles, and interpersonal factors that distract from goal accomplishment thus maximizing meeting time and value, making factfinding processes explicit and engaging community stakeholders to take ownership in the entire process of investigation, problem definition, and the generation of optimal solutions, and working with public and priva
