Professional Biography Bill Logue has a keen understanding and insight into how to design and execute collaborative processes that integrate decision making across organizational areas or with significant stakeholder involvement in a manner that is transparent, inclusive and which has integrity. He takes care to approach his work with sensitivity to the concerns of diverse stakeholders by keeping an open ear and an open mind and by modeling and encouraging clear, open and direct communication. He has led public policy assessments, facilitations, consensus building, mediation, and public engagement processes, on issues including hazardous waste, nuclear waste, forestry, natural resources, invasive species, fisheries management, estuary programs, homeland security, transportation, off-highway vehicle use, climate change and child welfare. He has worked with two National Estuary Programs, EPA, NPS, NRCS, DOE and state agencies responsible for conservation, environmental protection, energy, fisheries, and wildlife. Bill has designed and led numerous conflict resolution training programs. He is a Senior Affiliate Practitioner with the Massachusetts Office of Public Collaboration, past chair of the Connecticut Bar Association ADR Section and a past President of the New England Chapter of ACR. He is lead faculty for 40-hour mediation training program sponsored by Quinnipiac Law School. A graduate of Brown University and UConn Law School, he is admitted to practice in Connecticut and Massachusetts.
