Professional Biography Consensus building and group facilitation of natural resource, agriculture and public policy issues have been a professional focus for 15 years.  Millennium Mediation Group appeals to a broad spectrum of needs in ADR and related services since its formation in 2000, including natural resource issues and labor-management relations. As a four-term state legislator I worked on key committees in budgeting, education issues, mineral resources, public lands and agriculture as well as with other issues of major importance. I am familiar with state and federal agencies, their regulatory authorities and processes.My work as resource consultant emphasized land planning, range/wildlife, agriculture and sustainable natural resource management. I offer my skills to provide well-managed group discussion/decision-making and consensus building in a clear, concise and unbiased manner. I believe that the process and product are equally important.As a member of the Wyoming Restorative Justice and Mediation Association I am strongly involved with efforts to promote ADR as a win-win alternative to solving disputes. I have been involved with various efforts to bring parties together to share perspectives on the Coal Bed Methane Issue. I am hopeful that my assistance with preparation of application to USIECR for neutral issue assesment on CBM issues will bring land owners, producers and related interests together to listen and understand each others needs and concerns.
