Professional Biography Anna L. West is principal and co-founder of Kearns & West with over 30 years experience in collaboration - mediation and facilitation, and public engagement - particularly in the fields of energy, natural resources, water, environment and infrastructure. She has addressed national and regional policy initiatives and on-the-ground projects.Anna uses mutual gains, interest based negotiation techniques to help stakeholders to bridge differences and build mutually-beneficial, sustainable, and robust policies and programs that will last long into the future.Each situation is unique requiring listening carefully to understand the program or project objective, the stakeholders, their interests, and the unique culture or dynamics of the situation as well as the regulatory context.
