Professional Biography I am Federally certified for all rural areas. I was responsible for negotiation, ADR and mediating ffor the US government during the negotiaions of the 1987 Ag Act between the adminstration, and Congress Conference Committees. The law and our efforts enhanced the mediation process for the states and the U.S. I worked supervising close to 5000 mediation, and disputes from 1987-1991 with most envolving land, water, environmental disputes and agricultural issues. Environmental cases included the Federal Government vs. the Byron Smelter company on the Ohio River, and the Peabody Coal vs. the U.S. Government in West Virginia and numberous others. I helped mediate between state and federal officials and the private and public sectors. More recently I have been the Arizona Ag Mediation Director for 1996,1997,1998,199, and year 2000. As a certified mediator I have supervised or mediated over 35 cases during this period.
